 Area Committee (Yuen Long), District Youth Community Building Committee member. Sam graduated from the faculty of Social Sciences at Lingnan University, he believes true progress can only be achieved by seeking consensus while respecting differences and responding to societal needs and citizens' expectations. He joined Path of Democracy in 2021, focusing on youth affairs and urban issues.

He was a candidate for the 2023 Islands District Council.
