Mr. Lo Wing Hung graduated from the Department of Journalism and Communication of the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 1985 and later acquired a master’s degree in government and public administration from the same university. He holds a post-graduate law certificate from the SPACE, University of Hong Kong. Mr. Lo worked for several major newspaper and television companies in Hong Kong. He joined Sing Tao Daily as Chief Editor in July 1999. He was appointed Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of Sing Tao News Corporation Limited in October 2002 and May 2005 respectively. In October 2013, Mr. Lo formed a joint venture with Sing Tao News Corporation to operate an internet and online media business and became the Publisher/Chief Curator of Bastille Post, an online newspaper. Mr. Lo remains as an Executive Director of Sing Tao News Corporation Limited. In addition, Mr. Lo is the Spokesman of The Newspaper Society of Hong Kong. He is also a member of The Hong Kong Press Council. Mr. Lo is awarded the Bronze Bauhinia Star Award by the Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administration Region in 2004.
