Entrance Requirements
Admission into the Course should conform to HKU SPACE’s general entry requirements.
Participants are required, ideally, to possess a bachelor’s degree awarded by a recognized university or equivalent. Exceptional cases will be considered for applicants who are well experienced in their related field of work.
Admission procedures
Admission enrolment of the participants to the Course will be undertaken by HKU SPACE. Application forms can be obtained from HKU SPACE Learning/Enrolment Centres or through HKU SPACE website. Students should submit the filled application forms with related documents together with a crossed cheque payable to “Path of Democracy Limited” to any of the Enrolment Centres counters of HKU SPACE by July each year. Applicants would be interviewed by members of HKAPP. All result will be released by the end of August.

Tuition Fee
The course lasts about ten months and the course fee is HK$32,800.
Scholarships
Applicants who have obtained their first degree within the last 5 years may receive half-tuition scholarships; or
People with special needs may be eligible for receiving tuition waivers.
*Interested parties are required to submit an application letter, supporting documents, and must complete the entire course meeting the attendance requirements. The organizer reserves the right to review the applications and determine the terms of awards reception.
